This website is informational. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal data. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send and use it only to reply.
Data collection in the app
When you use the FirstMonkeys app we collect the details needed to run the marketplace: your account information (name, phone, email), your orders and bookings, delivery addresses, and — where you grant permission — your device location for delivery and provider matching, and camera/photo access for service quote requests.
Data usage
Your data is used to fulfil orders and bookings, share necessary details with the independent provider serving you (a restaurant sees your order and delivery address; a clinic sees your appointment details), operate loyalty and rewards, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations in Qatar. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & your choices
Account data is retained while your account is active and as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@firstmonkeys.com.
